DO YOU PRIMARILY PROVIDE KARAOKE AND NOT REGULAR MUSIC?

We keep our karaoke library current and love to provide karaoke, however, approximately 90% of our events include DJ music only and do not include karaoke. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN UNUSUAL PARTY OR RECEPTION THEME?

We will work with you on planning your event down to the last detail well before the event! We love unique and unusual events!

 

WILL THE DJ DISCUSS MUSIC SELECTION AHEAD OF TIME AND BE WILLING TO PLAY REQUESTS FOR OUR GUESTS?

Absolutely! Our extensive music libraries contain thousands upon thousands of song titles, and in the rare event we do not have your special songs, we will acquire a reasonable amount of songs at no extra charge! We subscribe to multiple music services for exactly this reason.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SONG LIST WE CAN REVIEW?

Our extensive music libraries contain so much information that a printed version is not practical. We will have your special songs and nearly all requests, and much, much more!

 

HAVE YOU EVER MISSED AN EVENT?

Of course not! We have never missed, postponed, or been late for any event. We understand that you have put a lot of faith in us, and we respect that greatly.

 

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use only professional, highest-quality gear from names like QSC, Allen & Heath, Yorkville, DBX, and Pioneer. Some of these brands may not be familiar to most people because they are designed for mobile use, which can be very demanding. We have on-site back-ups for every piece of equipment. Depending on the type of music and event we're playing, our music software may include Serato, VDJ, or iTunes.

 

DOES THE DJ KNOW PROPER WEDDING ETIQUETTE AND PROTOCOL?

Over the years, we don't know of anyone who has attended more wedding receptions than us! This experience has taught us what to do and when to do it. We typically play more than 30 weddings each year. We will work with everyone involved, including your guests, the caterer, the photographer, etc. to make sure everything runs smoothly.

 

WILL THE ENTERTAINMENT BE SET-UP PRIOR AND BE READY AT THE START OF THE RECEPTION?

Yes! Even if your schedule changes (and this is typical), we will work with you to ensure we'll be ready before your booked time begins.

 

WILL YOU SEND ME A CONTRACT?

Yes. When you decide to book us, we will send you a simple, easy to understand, form. We will not confuse you with countless details that we deal with all the time.

 

WILL THE DJ BE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY?

We always dress in formal attire (or as requested) for all receptions and appropriately for other events. If you have a specific manner or theme for which you'd like us to dress, just ask!

 

ARE WE GUARANTEED THAT YOU WILL PERSONALLY DJ OUR EVENT?

Yes. For wedding receptions, proms, or other formal events, we never sub-contract nor do we have multiple DJ crews. When you book us, you get us!

WHAT IF LAST MINUTE ISSUES ARISE?

We are very flexible and friendly. Our purpose is to help you minimize stressful situations.

 

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?

We are very happy to provide references! Nearly all of our bookings come from word-of-mouth recommendations from previous clients.
