Pricing
As our many references will testify, we work hard to add maximum value to every event.
Every event is different, and exact pricing depends on the specifics of each event, but our general pricing guidelines are below. To play within larger cities such as Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and the Quad Cities, we reserve the right to charge more.
Your booked time generally starts when you expect your first guests to arrive. We do not charge for set-up or take-down time. However, to perform those tasks, we need direct access to our set-up location for 2 hours before and 1 hour after your booked time unless other arrangements have been made.
Wedding Receptions
Rates start at $950 for up to 7 hours of playing, but a travel fee may apply if the event is 50+ miles from Mt. Pleasant, IA.
Two DJs to smoothly coordinate all music and activities.
Music, professional sound & lighting equipment, introductions, announcements, etc.
Wedding Ceremony Added to Reception
$200 to add ceremony at same venue as reception
Note: If playing ceremony music, your booked time starts 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, at which time we will begin playing pre-ceremony music as guests are seated.
Ceremony bookings include a 2nd audio system and microphone for officiant, if necessary.
School Events, Parties, Corporations, Reunions, Clubs, Fundraisers, Bars, etc.
Rates start at $700 for up to 4 hours of playing, but a travel fee may apply if the event is 50+ miles from Mt. Pleasant, IA.

The above pricing covers 95% of our events, but we do have some options that may require separate pricing.
Additional Time
$50 per 30 minutes past the booked time for any event.
Travel
If your event is farther than 50 miles (one way) from Mt. Pleasant, IA, we generally charge $1 per mile extra.
Access
If your venue does not have ramp and/or elevator access, there may be an extra charge.
Karaoke
$150 extra to add karaoke to any event.
Note: karaoke only works well at receptions if your guests love to sing and you allot plenty of time for singing.
Complex Music Edits / Mixes
Pricing depends on the specifics of the requested mix.
Video and/or Slideshow Creation & Display
